What is the standard shipping time for bikes and heavy equipment?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Due to the size of bikes and frames, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do iRIDE bicycles come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every purchase.
What is your return policy for performance gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, apparel such as cycling bibs and jerseys must have the original tags attached and show no signs of wear.
Does my iRIDE frame come with a warranty?
Yes, all iRIDE frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components and moving parts are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
How do I determine the correct frame size for my height?
We provide a detailed 'Size Finder' chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more technical control or sizing up for increased stability on long rides.
